Eligibility

Qualification of Directors:  Board members should possess the skills and experience which can contribute to the purposes and mission of 飘雪影院在线观看免费版高清动漫. Each Director must be in a position to attend Board of Director meetings regularly, to serve on committees, to devote a substantial amount of time to the affairs of 飘雪影院在线观看免费版高清动漫, and to become and remain acquainted with current developments.

Directors shall meet two of the following criteria:

1.  A registered member of 飘雪影院在线观看免费版高清动漫 for at least one year, and who actively contributes to the organization as that is determined by the Board of Directors.
2. A community member of 飘雪影院在线观看免费版高清动漫 who is:
   • A current or retired educator.
   • An employee of an educational entity (public, private, or charter schools, educational collaboratives, universities or colleges) within the Commonwealth of 同学的妈妈3中字巴巴鱼汤饭惹.
   • A full-time student, 18 years of age or older.
3. A community member that demonstrates support and exhibits qualities and skills that would support the mission of 飘雪影院在线观看免费版高清动漫. In the event that a Director meets this criteria upon election to office, and subsequently fails to meet the criteria, the Director may finish the remainder of their term.

Expectations for Directors

• Attend and actively participate in at least 70% of monthly Board meetings, including winter and summer retreats. A majority of time at a meeting is required to fulfill this requirement. At present, meetings are twice per month, with a goal of moving to once per month.
• Face-to-face meetings require a member’s physical presence at the venue. Any Director may opt to attend face-to-face meetings online for any reason -- drive time, family issues, health, or whatever the Director in good conscience has determined to be an acceptable reason.
• Prepare for meetings:
  • Read and think about pertinent reports and documents
  • Read the Agenda
  • Follow the Board's Code of Conduct
• Actively chair a committee or take the lead of a subcommittee with a similar time commitment or chair 2 committees that only convene for part of the year and don’t have overlapping time commitments, and abide by the Committee Procedures. Co-chairs must distribute the work equitably.  Coordinators manage the assignment they are charged with.
• Attend and work at the Fall Conference as coordinated by the Conference Committee.
• Attendance at the spring conference requires volunteering for a duty.
• Participate in other tasks as they arise.
