The Digital World is an amazing place. It is a place to teach, learn, collaborate, and interact; however, it requires being mindful and cautious when connected. We'll focus on the specific vulnerabilities that students encounter online and explore effective teaching techniques to involve them in cybersecurity education through age-appropriate and interactive approaches.
Our session will also delve into various cybersecurity tools and resources to aid in safeguarding online experiences. As a bonus, attendees will receive a copy of Ellen Sabin’s empowering and informative book, "The Super Smart Cyber Guide for Kids”, which instills intelligent habits for navigating the digital world. Teq Session: Engage in a hands-on cooperative learning activity with Teq. Use your critical thinking skills as you participate in a project-based learning activity by working with a Rube Goldberg machine.
